“If you continue in My word,
then you are truly disciples of Mine;
and you will know the truth,
and the truth will make you free.”
John 8:31-32
Free from what? Guilt, shame, hell, self-hate,
condemnation, and satan’s power. We all need and want that! How do
we get there? Continue in the Word of God. Read it, believe it,
stand on it, claim it. Even when the circumstances don’t seem right,
fair, or fun keep continuing in the Word. Freedom is sweet!
Romans 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation in Christ Jesus.
Hint of the day: Train your children to be in the word of God daily by letting them see you reading the Bible, reading to them, and encouraging them to have their own "Quiet time" when they can read. Even a little bit each day will add up over the years!
